Overtake Intelligence ("I", "me") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information this website collects and how it is used.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role and message. If you email me directly, I receive your email address and anything you include.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking analytics.

How I use it

I use your information only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that engagement. I don't sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed by the website's hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to my email. These services may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as required for business records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing chris@overtakeintel.com.
